The 7th World Water Forum, the biggest water event in the world, will take place in Daegu∙Gyeongbuk, Republic of Korea in 2015. Around 30,000 stakeholders including heads of state and intergovernmental organizations, parliamentarians, mayors, CEOs, scholars, experts, professionals, and civil society representatives from over 170 countries will discuss water-related issues and solutions. The National Committee for the 7th World Water Forum and the World Water Council are coordinating the preparation of this major event which will contribute to solving global water challenges.

The 2nd Stakeholders Consultation Meeting will serve to create the Forum’s Working Groups, which will jointly develop the content of the Forum throughout its preparatory process. During the two-day meeting, the key concepts of the Thematic, Regional, Political and Science and Technology Processes will be presented and discussed, as well as other components such as the Citizens’ Forum and the progress that has been made on the Forum Communications and organization.
