Best Bottled Water Brands without Fluoride Buyer’s Guide

Here are the factors that determine the best brand to buy.

pH Level

Acidic water is not good for your health and your teeth. So, you must make sure that you are buying alkaline bottled water. You can check this either by noticing the label which mentions directly if the water is alkaline. If not, you can check the pH levels. If they are less than 5.5, that water is not good for your teeth enamel.

Natural Spring Water

While it is nice to know the source of the water, you should know whether it is completely distilled using volcanic rock or rare metals water or if it is natural spring water. The advantage of the latter or artisan water is that the water retains a lot of the minerals it needs.

Bottling

The most critical factor is that you don’t want to get single-use water bottles. They are not great for the environment and it shows a certain level of callousness on the manufacturer’s part.

You want to make sure that the bottles are BPA-free. And if possible, also note the distance between the source of the water and where they are bottled. This will give you an idea of the possibility of contamination on the way.

  1. Thank you. Was just informed to look for fluoride in my water. Have been buying Smart water when on sale, but bought a gallon of Creekside Springs spring water from Giant market. It does not state “fluoride” on bottle, but wanted to make so I msg’d Creekside Springs. Had been buying Deer Park years ago and was informed that contained fluoride.

  2. Your link to the so called “DANGERS” of fluoride take you to a website that say, I quote: ” one of the 10 great public health achievements of the 20th century”. So why on Earth would you be so stupid to advocate not drinking fluoride.
